In-House Trade · Concrete
Concrete & Foundations
Most builders sub this out. We pour our own. From the first excavator pass to the final hand finish, our own crew places the concrete every Solano home stands on — on site before dawn in Placitas or Rio Rancho, pump running, because a home is only ever as good as its foundation.
- Footings & stem walls
- Slabs & flatwork
- Pump pours
- Site work & grading

In-House Trade · Masonry
Masonry & Block Work
New Mexico is block country. We lay concrete masonry unit ourselves — structural walls, perimeter walls and custom block work, coursed true and built to last a lifetime, not a warranty period. Planning a wall or a block build? Tell us about it and we'll price it.
- Structural CMU walls
- Perimeter & site walls
- Custom block work

In-House Trade · Insulation
Spray Foam Insulation
The envelope decides what a home costs to live in. Our own spray foam crew — our rig, our technicians — seals the shell of every build: walls, rooflines and the air leaks behind high energy bills. The result performs as well as it looks, through high-desert summers and cold nights alike. We also spray existing homes and projects for other owners.
- Wall cavities
- Rooflines & ceilings
- Air sealing
- New builds & retrofits
Our Process
Building a home, demystified
No mystery, no surprises. Five clear stages from first conversation to warranty-backed hand-off — and a week-by-week timeline underneath, so you always know what happens next. We sometimes move faster, depending on permits and inspections.
Consultation & Feasibility
We define your budget, walk the site, and confirm the land can support the home you want.
Architectural Planning
Drafting, floor plan refinement and engineering reviews turn your ideas into buildable plans.
Permitting
Plans go to municipal planning & zoning — including any land variance requests — and every trade permit is issued.
Active Construction
Foundation to finishes with inspections at every stage: framing, mechanicals, insulation, drywall and cladding.
Hand-Off & Warranty
Final walkthrough, punch list, Certificate of Occupancy, and your warranty documentation in hand.
The journey, week by week
